Mail Magazine Terms of Service

These terms set out the conditions for using the paid mail magazine (the “Service”) provided by APEC JAPAN TRADE LLC (the “Company”).

A usage contract is formed when the customer applies by the Company's prescribed method and the Company confirms payment.

The fee is 980 JPY/month (tax included), paid by recurring credit-card billing. The Service renews automatically every month until cancelled. The first charge occurs at application; thereafter 980 JPY (tax included) is charged on the same day each month based on the first payment date.

To cancel, please contact us via the inquiry form. If you contact us by the day before the next billing date, subsequent charges will be stopped. No pro-rated refund is provided for mid-month cancellation after a charge.

As the Service is digital content, no returns or refunds are provided once provision has started, in principle.

Customers must not reproduce or redistribute the content without permission, infringe the rights of the Company or third parties, or violate laws or public order and morals.

The Service is intended to provide information; the Company does not guarantee any specific results or earnings from the use of the information.

The Company may change these terms as necessary; the changed terms take effect when posted on this website.

These terms are governed by Japanese law, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Company's location.
