- Cancellation
- Please contact us via the inquiry form. If you contact us by the day before the next billing date, subsequent charges will be stopped. After cancellation is completed, no further charges will occur.
- Mid-term cancellation / refunds
- If you cancel mid-month, no pro-rated refund is given for that month (delivery continues until the end of the month).
- Returns
- As this is digital content, no returns or refunds are available once provision has started. Cancellation follows the method above.
